Corporate Advertising/Corporate Marketing

This person is the single point-of contact for our business partners to ensure that Corporate Advertising maintains its spend within budget, estimates are adhered to and invoices and accruals are accurate prior to approval. This role is also responsible for reviewing the status of jobs with the agency partners to ensure invoices are coming in as quickly as possible and jobs are closed in a timely manner.

Core job responsibilities include:
o Reviewing all estimates to ensures both parties sign and all signatures are within the DOEA
o Reviews project code allocation to ensure it is booked to SAP/Ariba correctly
o Documenting all estimates and service orders received into the Corporate Advertising budget tracking system
o Submitting, tracking and documenting all service order requests in the Ariba system as well as confirming that they are received by the correct business partner
o Reviewing all invoices to ensure that they meet compliance/policy prior to job owner
o Keeping copies of all estimates and their SO’s in the 2012 Budget Binders
o Conducting weekly meetings with agency job owners to follow up with specific job billing
o Review and follow up on Aging reports submitted by the Agency partners as needed
o Meet with Advertising Leads as needed to ensure invoices are approved
o If further back up is required – or questions arise from billing submitted – the Finance Role is responsible for follow up and follow through

Required qualifications:
- Must have at least 3-5 years experience working at an advertising agency.
- Bachelors degree.
- Finance experience, background preferred.
