We're seeking a Field Marketing Manager for our telecom client. This is a contract to hire opportunity. The position can be based in Denver, San Jose, Vancouver, WA or Chicago.

Our client is looking to expand their field marketing manager team, and they're adding this position for the West Coast area. The ideal candidate has a background in IT Services or telecom company.

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for launching campaigns and new products, implementing Outside Account Executive programs, collecting competitive information, executing event sponsorships and coordinating internal and external communications for their assigned area(s).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Support for all assigned channels to maximize lead conversion, sales revenue and profitability.
Support new offer, product, and campaign launches. Facilitate and distribute support materials to all Sales teams within the assigned areas (for example: materials for new acquisition campaigns and product launches).
Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance to design and launch effective sales contests and incentives.
Manage/coordinate, execute and monitor customer events such as tradeshows, sponsorships, lobby events, and other industry events.
Identify and facilitate the development of communications internally and working with Public Relations to develop case studies, press releases, and other communications for frontline employees.
Direct the collection and analysis of competitor information, providing regular updates on competitive messaging, positioning and promotional offers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in building and implementing field marketing tactics in the IT services, telecommunications or business services industry (B2B).
Proven track record driving revenue growth and reducing churn through innovative field marketing and channel programs.
Customer focused with a proven track record of success in achieving/exceeding growth and profitability goals.
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
Collaborative, team-based posture with the necessary “people” competencies to communicate a passion for winning.
Ability to present professionally to large groups of prospects and customers.
