We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the team, and have a fantastic opportunity for a Field Marketing Manager, to support the Ad Tech EMEA Marketing team, in all areas of the B2B marketing mix.
Working as part of the Ad Tech EMEA team, you will be tasked with managing the logistics of regional events and executing thought leaderships around these activities, to ensure they support overall sales goals, marketing plans and key messages. You will also be responsible for writing local case studies, regional sales collateral, managing translations and writing PR material including byline articles. The successful candidates will work closely with the sales teams, collate regional stats for sales material and execute sales marketing initiatives. You will also need to work cross functionally with other teams to ensure our client is positioned as the strongest marketing platform in the world.


Description

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support the delivery of key programmes for our Ad tech EMEA business marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand and marcoms, whether it’s producing best-in-class events collateral, infographics or rolling out go to market plans.
The position requires a strong track record of project-based work, an exceptional eye for detail.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the wider marketing team and execute meaningful projects in support of the Ad Tech team.



Responsibilities:

Manage event logistics and contribute with thought leadership ideas
Propose new ideas for local market activities
Evaluate and report on events success as part of overall business goals
Manage local swag plan and PO’s relating to events
Working alongside EMEA Ad Tech sales and marketing teams produce best-in-class case studies and regional content for sales decks
Build and maintain a regional stat library for use in sales material and keynote presentations
Write new content that tells the Ad Tech narrative across platforms, including blogs, videos and ads
The successful candidate will collaborate with the wider marketing team and execute meaningful projects across the business
10% Travel


Skills:

7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably but not essential in the Ad Tech, brand or media industry

· 7+ years of copywriting experience

· Graduate degree essential

· Direct experience programming and/or producing various-sized events from 10 to 2,000+ attendees

· Highly organised, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.

· Direct experience of working with a sales team and fostering a good working relationship

· Bright, charismatic, inspirational with the ability to win credibility internally.

· Ability to work across various levels of the organisation while building trust and fostering collaboration

· Experience managing budgets

· Ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines

· Ability to multitask and take the lead on several projects simultaneously

· Excellent eye for detail

· Fluency in English, both written and spoken essential. Additional languages such as German, Spanish and/or French a plus.
Education:

Graduate Degree essential
