Field Marketing Coordinator

For this assignment, Aquent's client is looking for an Associate Field Marketing Manager to support the Canadian field marketing team.You will partner with the global team to help define strategy and GTM to help increase awareness and adoption of Cloud Platform for developers, IT professionals, and Business Decision Makers of services like App Engine, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and more. You will have the opportunity to be part of a small, fast growing team and help usher in a new era of cloud computing.

Overall Responsibilities:
- Maintain monthly dashboard on budget vs. actuals and key performance indicators to monitor the health of marketing and inform decision making for senior leadership.
- Provide analytical deep dives crucial to strategic marketing initiatives. Identify, develop, and codify marketing analysis, necessary infrastructure, and processes across countries, channels and functions.
- Help shape, design and execute the marketing strategy for enterprise initiatives
- Oversee budgets and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to determine ROI through reporting and analysis of leads, pipeline and marketing-influenced revenue
- Project managing all aspects of campaign execution, event production, content and budget management
- Drive execution of local programs: manage events, define brand presence at trade shows and scale programs across the region
- Managing sponsorship and 3rd party event execution, including on-the-day logistics and staffing for the event
- Specific execution and logistics: AV production, vendor management, logistics, invitations, catering, security, transportation, speaker travel logistics, evening events, signage/shipping
- Collaborate with internal teams, executive stakeholders and partners to maximize results

Required Skills:
- BA/BS Degree in any related field (in lieu of degree, 5+ years of business technology experience, field marketing, with special expertise driving events)
- Experience project managing industry events and partner roadshows
- 3+ years of business technology experience, field marketing, with special expertise driving events
- Experience project managing industry events and partner roadshows
- Excellent people skills and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
- Project management skills including: managing agencies, vendors and global projects.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Docs
- Experience defining successful enterprise software acquisition programs for large accounts is a plus
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.

Nice to have skills/Not required:
- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
- Channel marketing experience
- Bilingual in French and English preferred
