Fashion Social Media Specialist

Responsible for the day-to-day social media channel management, on-going marketing program support, continual measurement & analysis of social media initiatives as well as social media trends and opportunities for Fashion Business Unit.

The position will report directly to a manager in Fashion Business Unit and indirectly to Social Marketing Senior Manager.

Accountabilities:
•Maintain all social network communications for Fashion -- Facebook, Twitter, Fashion Forums, etc.
•Monitor and manage day-to-day communications, creative development and implementation
•Triage any customer related issues to appropriate Customer Service Department
•Responsible for end to end execution of key Social programs for company Fashion to achieve the business goals - concept development, agency/vendor selection and management, program development and logistics management to reporting
•Collaborate with agency and Paid Search Team to manage the paid media spend optimization to maximize reach, engagement and fan acquisition
•Share the responsibility in aligning programs and communications with the core company Social goals and visions
•Communicate key themes and messaging that matches company Fashion retail and merchandising calendar with consistent tone and style of company Social Guidelines
•Responsible for recommending requirements, related to Social features/products to Global Fashion Product team and Global Social Commerce team
•Create and implement ad hoc and standard weekly/monthly reporting, in collaboration with Fashion Analytics, to measure results of social media initiatives, and campaigns/promotions
•Listen to and monitor all social media outlets: company Fashion forums, external sites, blogs, etc. on daily basis and manage corporate profile / corporate image
•Manage relationships and processes with internal and external business partners
•Perform frequent competitive analysis – tracking major competitors’ social outreach programs (content, frequency, channels) and identifying the gold standard programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Education, Training, Experience or Skills:
•A Bachelor degree
•2-5 years experience / knowledge in marketing , specifically online marketing, with recent experiences in social media
•1 year experience in Fashion Retail Industry or Fashion Journalism

Preferred Education, Training, Experience or Skills:
•Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate traditional marketing content into engaging and socially-relevant conversations
•Outstanding presentation skills
•Highly organized, analytical, and articulate with a thorough understanding of social media analysis, performance and reporting
•Passionate about new technology, industry trends, and media
•Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
•Strong knowledge of social media tools and platforms required
•Collaborative
