Leading Media and Entertainment Client specializing in Video Streaming is looking for a Facilities Coordinator in New York City for a 6 month temporary position.

Looking for an experienced coordinator to fulfill daily operations of rapidly growing workplace services,  including but not limited to supporting: daily food service and 
catering, company events, reception, pantries, shipping and receiving. Client is a fast paced and demanding company that requires a special individual who is able to exercise good judgment and take fast initiative. 

General​ ​Responsibilities: 
● Oversee and drive daily food service, catering and pantries 
● Provide corporate/internal event support 
● Manage the facilities and internal events calendar 
● Vendor management 
● Create and manage purchase orders 
● Inventory management 
● Daily workplace services, including maintaining conference rooms, mother’s rooms, copy rooms and general building aesthetics 
● Work cross functionally with IT, AV and Admins 
● Act as a backup for reception 
● Onsite support for changes such as restacking and room modifications 
● Provide the highest level of customer service to all employees, vendors and guests 
● Develop and build strong relationships with internal customers to anticipate changing needs 

Requirements: 
● Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3 years experience in facilities, events and/or administration 
● Previous experience with food service and event support 
● Strong vendor liaison skills 
● Experience with Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) is preferred
