Small, growing company seeks Social Media Advertising Manager will be responsible for managing between 20-30 clients at any one time. The Social Media Advertising Manager will build out Facebook Ad campaigns, setting up retargeting ads on platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube, and generating large numbers of referral quality prospects and customers for assigned clients. This is a full-time, onsite, contract-to-hire role.

The company generates fresh new prospects, and ready to buy customers, on demand, for clients all around the world, whenever they need. They utilize a cutting-edge blend of multi-channel paid marketing that includes Facebook, LinkedIn Google, and YouTube Ads.

The Social Media Advertising Manager will be responsible for measurable and ROI-focused direct response marketing where you'll be given a target number of new customers for each client each month, and then you'll create and follow the strategy to run paid adverts to deliver those customers, and keep clients smiling.

The Social Media Advertising Manager will manage the entire client relationship. You'll spend your days helping your allocated clients generate more customers, offering pro-active advice and support, and helping them navigate the choppy waters of using paid advertising to grow their business.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Designing, and implementing, Facebook Ad campaigns (and other platforms) that bring your allocated clients their desired number of new clients.
- You'll do this within the monthly budget that you agree in advance with the client.
- Proactively monitor each campaign, and make real time adjustments, even if needed on an evening or weekend (you'll have full OWNERSHIP of the accounts you're allocated).
- Provide your clients with strategic marketing advice and consulting, so they know how to get the most value and revenue from the new leads and customers you send them.
- Constantly be brainstorming creating new ways to generate your allocated customers more new customers (you'll live and breathe this type of marketing!).
- Oversee all aspects of the continuing operation of each campaign, including monthly budget negotiations, campaign design, contract negotiations and renewal planning.
- Drive client engagement through daily update emails, clear metrics, and weekly meetings.
- Develop an extremely in-depth working knowledge of your allocated client's businesses, their existing value proposition and marketing process, plus future ambitions and goals (you'll need to know the inner workings of their business more than anyone else).
