The marketing manager will drive Innovation, bringing new channels and ExtraCare customer experiences to market, with a heavy focus on digital innovation. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of deriving customer insight, developing strategy, formulating marketing plans, and project managing those plans to execution within the digital space – including but not limited to mobile innovation, push/SMS messaging, website innovation, etc.
With support from heavy customer analytics, the marketing manager will build business cases for new products and programs designed to drive sales and engagement for over 70+ million ExtraCare members. This individual will be expected to partner heavily with IT and Digital Development, along with other diverse, cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations, Analytics, Creative and outside vendors.
Drive strategy and execution of digital, in-store, and cross-platform Innovation within ExtraCare, leading projects from conception to completion.
Identify opportunities for ExtraCare growth and customer engagement through digital properties, in-store assets, and foundational elements of the CVS loyalty program.
Manage organizational communication, including updates on reporting, store colleague training, and call center issue management.
Act as the voice of ExtraCare and the customer for projects driven by other areas of the organization.

The Marketing Manager I develops and executes marketing programs targeted to key health plans, employers and corporate partners. This individual collaborates on a regular basis with constituents across MinuteClinic and CVS Caremark.
Work closely with Director and Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans targeted to key health plans, employer populations and corporate partners.
Coordinate efforts of creative, production and outside vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing elements such as print collateral, direct mail, events, email and online.
Provide marketing support to the enterprise-wide flu vaccination program, coordinating with departments at CVS/pharmacy and Caremark.
Provide marketing support to corporate clinics and drive best practice adoption and standardization across sites.
Work collaboratively with payer relations, client relations and/or product development teams to ensure that key programs are clearly communicated to target audience.
Ensure that programs are set-up correctly in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR system).
Develop and manage an efficient system/process for MinuteClinic material requests.
Manage the content on the Caremark online toolkit.
Prepare communications for assigned programs to ensure operational understanding and proper execution.
Track and analyze program performance and report out results.
Manage and track project expenses and margin to ensure projects are within assigned budgets.
