Experiential Marketing Specialist

Effectively collaborates with internal and external business partners to execute event plans that create buzz, generate sales and media impressions, increased traffic and engagement as well as enhance our Client's brand position and reputation. Uphold brand and quality standards. Assists with the concept, planning, budget, execution and evaluation of small-scale category and brand event plans. Assists manager with larger scale projects. Exhibits project management skills to drive the work forward. Create internal and external business partnerships. Represent the our Client's brand while interfacing with guests, partners, influencers and senior management in partnership with manager. Contributes to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and best practices that contribute to team effectiveness.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement event plans for category and brand businesses
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners
• Displays an understanding of specific business areas
• Accountable for multiple budgets; work with manager to build accurate budget estimates
• Manage communication between internal business partners, vendors and agency partners to ensure coordination and collaboration
• Serve as day-to-day agency contact, managing activity and budget
• Identify emerging trends and seek new opportunities that add value and differentiate our Client's brand
• Manage development, approval and creation of collateral
• Coordinate sample sourcing and procurement
• Attend multiple events to oversee success of campaigns; includes travel
