Our client is a global full-service agency that specializes in the development and execution of growth concepts, leveraging its core values in strategy, connectivity and integration. Based in New York, Atlanta and Hong Kong, clients’s family of brands represents industry leaders in the luxury, mass consumer, and B2B categories.
ROLE:
Our client is the Experiential Agency of Record(AOR) for a global ultra-luxury automotive brand. Agency is seeking a full time Event Producer to be the primary production lead for 100+ events per year ranging from local dealer to marquee industry events and everything in between.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Supervise and coordinate all aspects of event production including operations (i.e.venues&equipment), technical elements (i.e. A/V), and staffing (i.e. product specialists)
 Participate in event concept ideation and utilize experience to implement plan for execution
 Combine production expertise with direction identified by client and AXW strategy teams
 Understand client’s core objectives and priorities and ensure everything we do as an agency ties back to
overall brand strategy
 Collaborate with both internal(i.e.,account,strategy,creative)and external (i.e.,vendors)teams
 Develop and oversee overall and individual event budget(s); negotiate cost savings without compromising
brandidentity
 Perform site inspections including equipment testing and rehearsals
 Manage a team of part and full time event producers, specialists, and vendors
 Represent the “WAY” by incorporating core values into client-agency responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
 Event production and project management experience
 Experience producing events with and for high-net worth individuals and brands
 Background in automotive industry or automotive agency
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and decisions with limited executive involvement
 Strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills
o Professional, flexible, proactive, resourceful
o Excellent written and verbal communication
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 Creative and analytical skills
o Design and visual competency (ie. Adobe Creative Suite) o Quantitative and technical
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
 4-year college degree
 7-10 years of related work experience
