Experiential & Events Account Manager
Working on an amazing global brand! The newly created role of Experiential & Event Account Manager will manage the development, planning and execution of branded experiential activity and events. The successful candidate will create tactical implementation plans for brand experience projects to achieve objectives by reviewing the strategic plan. Directly reporting to the Business Director, the Experiential & Events Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the overall project process from initial client brief through to completion. This role will also involve some support on new and existing business pitches alongside the senior team and developing the strategy for key project
The ideal candidate will be responsible for –
*Event project management for our key client
*To initiate projects with client briefing and organize team internally and with suppliers
*To manage, concept and design development and present to client
*To negotiate scope and cost with client (supported by directors)
*To manage project in cost management, planning, concept, design, technical, procurement, production, logistics, and maintenance/operation
*Invoicing/payment with finance team’s support
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, energetic and has a positive personality. You will be comfortable with challenging briefs and have the ability to juggle multiple jobs at once and have excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
