Experienced B2B Copywriter

The Senior Copywriter will manage brand style and voice, as well as editing and "polishing" the work of other 3rd party writers. He/she will be excellent with collaborating with a team, interviewing subject matter experts, able to absorb information, interview well and research necessary information. Deliverables will include a wide variety of things including email, collateral, web, short and long copy format. We are looking for this talent to create a call to action, and succinctly prepare written material. Projects will include pieces for customer engagement and also relevant to the brand(s) themselves.

This is a new role within the internal creative team. The senior copywriter must possess expertise in writing across all promotional tactics and is able to tackle day-to-day copy needs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Develop themes and write copy for B2B marketing collateral, digital, presentations, events and experiences
• Maintains consistency of message/strategy involving the following tasks
• Work with Creative Director and Senior Design team to review creative strategies, develop concepts, and provide creative lead on proposed projects
• Create compelling headlines and persuasive long-form copy across all channels including: Brochures, White Papers, Advertising, Direct Mail, Web Copy, etc.
• Write and/or manage the writing for Social Media channels
• Possess excellent conceptual and brainstorming skills and be able to translate ideas into successful marketing campaigns.
• Work with client to explore/incorporate suggestions and directives, resolving questions, concerns, and overcoming objections
• Contribute to the conceptual process – alone or partnered with Graphic Designers – by generating ideas for internal clients and their go to market campaigns
• Works with all internal departments to ensure all jobs are strategically sound and completed on schedule
• Participate in market research, as needed
• Review advertising trends, customer surveys, and other data regarding marketing of specific and related goods and services in order to formulate a presentation approach
• Influence and or edit copy developed by internal marketing teams to ensure that it reflects the brand and our style guidelines.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications or Advertising
• 7+ years’ B2B copywriting experience
• Have strong conceptual abilities as well as excellent written and oral communication skills

Large brand B2B writing/editing experience is a MUST. Also, candidates must be able to work onsite full time.
