We are working with a well-known fitness consumer electronic company looking for an experienced UX Designer for a 3 month temporary assignment at 40 hours per week, working with a small agile team including product manager, web developers, back-end developers, customer service reps, and web site admins. You will support the Customer Service Team create a help site for customers. With your expertise in interaction, UX, and visual design, you will help the team ideate, prototype, and build and define information architecture for a new customer service home page, integrating various modes of contact (e.g. phone, chat, Facebook, Twitter), and new self-diagnostics tools that customers can use to check on their product's health status.
-Expertise in the tech stack: Salesforce Customer Communities and the Lightning Design Center, built on an Aura framework.
-5+ years relevant in-house or agency production experience
-Demonstrated wireframe, site map, flow and storyboard creation proficiency, including techniques, tools, etc.
-Responsive web/app visual design experience
-Solid working knowledge of web/app implementation technologies, including JS, HTML, CSS
-Able to work quickly and efficiently, comfortable working in an agile/scrum, geographically distributed environment
-Detail oriented, organized, and a great communicator
