Experience Architect

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Experience Architect to work within a growing software business headquartered in London’s Tech City in Shoreditch. They are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual whose focus will be on driving UX across their fast growing software-as-a-service platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

« Architect the IA of all digital solutions
« Solutions visioning and exploration: creation functional specs, wireframes, user personas, user journeys, taxonomies which will then be refined and utilised by the design and development teams.
« Understand target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals through user research and translate them into usable and creative information architectures
« Define the IA approach, processes, tools and artefacts for the IA across digital solutions
« Set IA objectives and goals across multiple development teams
« Undertake user research and usability tests, card sorting exercises, stakeholder interviews, user polling
« Analysis and making sense of qualitative and quantitative data
« Design and conduct customer inquiries through a variety of methodologies including surveys, usability studies and interviews.
« Managing the user experience process: Funnel customers insights, research and other data into user personas, customer journeys and experience maps
« Evaluate and assess digital products to make actionable recommendations to improve usability and product success

Skills /Requirements
« Proven experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
« Proven experience designing and conducting customer inquiries using various methodologies
« Deep understanding and appreciation of user-centered design process and methodologies
« Intellectual curiosity with an interest in learning new technologies and practices
« Strong analytic and analysis experience matched with creative flair
« A passion for conducting and applying user research
« Superb verbal and written communication skills
« Ability to work independently and as part of a team
« Ability to manage time across a variety of tasks and projects
« Excellent written, listening and presentations skills.
« Self-discipline and motivation
