Executive Summit Manager

The Executive Summit program for this top tech company hosts senior executives from global customers and partners at the company's US campuses. Our objective is to design and deliver summit meetings that transform our customer and partner relationships to be broader and more strategic, with a long-term, significant positive impact on our clients’ businesses. The Executive Summit Manager is a business consultant position that works with account teams to put together highly effective Executive Summits including:

Responsibilities:
-Defining the client’s C-level business objectives
-Designing an agenda that helps the client achieve those objectives through scalable solutions
-Procuring and briefing speakers to deliver the best content for that client
-Managing logistics (location, catering, transportation, etc.)
-Post-summit reporting
-Support development of Executive Summit program. Take on a multitude of tasks that support the entire program.
-Team support: help out teammates whenever possible.

Requirements
-BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record or equivalent work experience.
-Minimum 5 years experience in a client-facing role or working in direct support of account teams
-Strong general understanding of business products
-Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
-Self-motivated, articulate, cool under stress, excellent verbal, written communications and strong interpersonal skills.
-Proficient with Google docs



Preferred:
Presentation skills a plus
Understanding sales cycle, sales background a plus
