Executive Producer, part time

The executive producer will lead all pre-production, production, post production, event production, facilities, operations, staff management, programming development, distribution, remote location(s) production and corporate meeting coverage.
This individual will also oversee the integrated content strategy for digital signage and execution, managing communication efforts for syndication.
This broadcast and corporate communications executive will manage direct reports

Responsibilities:
• Solid management experience in video production, broadcast operations and facilities
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop staff in business, creative and operational areas
• Capacity to work with senior management to assess their internal and external global production needs and content amplification opportunities
• Must be able to manage numerous projects on multiple platforms to enhance content messaging reach and effectiveness
• Oversees relationships between department and outside vendors as it relates to production, supervises traffic and helps ensure the efficient/timely/cost-effective production campaign development
• Assists in overseeing the creative development process for all productions
• Supervise and manage production budgets, including all contract negotiations
• In collaboration with producer may solicit, evaluate, hire and manage third-party resources, i.e., agencies; production companies; directors and producers; engaged for concept development and production
• Supervises live shoots and edit sessions with SEB+ staff
• Coordinates with Video Producer and team to ensure client is provided a cost approved statement of work, a schedule, crew, shoot location.
• Managing the overarching budget of the department and itemized chargeback reconciliation process
• Final signoff will need to come from channel producer.
• Ability to perform the duties of the Video Producer
• Develop and manage content for the internal use for internal portal, collaboration sharing, and enterprise signage syndication following corporate requirements.
• Assist employee communication team to create, design and ongoing messaging content.
• Identify opportunities to capture compelling employee content (video, audio and photos) within communication campaigns.

Qualifications
• Bachelors degree
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of related production management experience
• At least 5 years of producer experience
• Familiarity with signage systems and software
• Working knowledge of creative development for content promotional materials for all media.
• Working knowledge of scripts and writing, graphics, music
• Has current knowledge of available production resources, e.g., production companies; writers; designers; directors; music resources; graphics resources ; signage operations
• Has solid knowledge of the creative and production aspects of broadcast and promotion for employee constituencies
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to manage as well as provide clear direction in a highly charged fast paced environment.
• Ability to utilize resources appropriately and manage large budgets and attention to detail to oversee itemized internal client chargeback model
• Ability to develop innovative and creative in-house programming for multiple platforms
• Ability to work in a collaborative and motivated creative environment
