SI CTO EXECUTIVE / OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT
 

Role Purpose:

  • To provide operational and administrative support to the SI CTO LT team.
  • Support the Monthly Business Review with scheduling, preparation, reporting and consolidation of content
  • Support the Monthly Time Zone LT Connection Calls with scheduling, preparation and consolidation of content
  • Support the SI CTO Rhythm of Business
  • Create agendas, gathering input and taking minutes for Leadership Team Meetings
  • Consolidate and follow up to closure of all actions for the LT from MBR and LT calls
  • Drive actions from the SI CTO Operational Check List
  • Diary Management for all SI CTO Leadership Team members
  • Expense Management
  • Create travel plans and itineraries
  • Create and maintain POs etc.
  • New Hire Onboarding, HR & HTX Changes
  • Awards Processing
  • Support creation of SI Domain Communications e.g. Newsletter, OfficeMix with consolidation of content, review
  • Creation and maintenance of SI CTO Walking Deck
  • Supporting minor projects as required
  • Monthly reporting for Chief Architects

  • To provide operational and administrative support to the SI CTO LT team.

Diary management, Expense & Travel Management, Meeting planning and support
for Rhythm of Business incl. CTO business reviews, Leadership meetings,
Consolidation and follow up to closure of actions for the LT, creation of IOs and
support of events planning
