We are looking for a stellar Executive Creative Director (ECD) with an entrepreneurial spirit to help lead our big brand client relationships and creative teams. You’ll inspire the team, collaborate with clients and ensure quality work. Our ideal candidate has proven strategic ideation skills, is a dynamic presenter and has recent experience working on epic experiential campaigns. Developing and directly executing a strategy to secure new business, and grow existing business, should fall right into your wheelhouse.

Minimum of four-year degree in Design, Advertising, Theater or related creative discipline. 10 or more years of industry or related creative process experience combining strategy, content, and message with creative deliverables. Event and experience design expertise earns you a tip of our hat.
Someone who places great emphasis on the customer journey – you’ll need to navigate them through online, mobile, 2D and 3D experiences for brands, product launch events, lifestyle events, tradeshows and other unique communications in the engagement marketing mix. You’re an inspirational voice to the pitch team, provide them the tools to win, and lead the way in superb presentation. No fake it ‘til you make it is happening here – you’re knowledgeable and well-versed in software tools, film, video, print and other design and production tools.

You have to have an outstanding track record of generating client wins, and inspiring peers and teams. Impelling management comes easily, and the ability to enable team members who are not direct reports to over achieve is second nature. You are a thought leader who contributes to, and compellingly presents, engagement philosophies and capabilities to relevant audiences.
Collegial. You’ve brought plenty of toys to the sandbox, and are happy to share. To reach your goals, you work and contribute up, down and across the agency. Ensure top and bottom line success by understanding how the pieces work together – partner with our executives, collaborate across our network. You motivate and lead talent across disciplines – art directors, writers, creative directors, graphic designers, strategists and architects. Brainstorm with the best to develop tactical, creative solutions.
