Executive Creative Director

Are you looking to be a part of a global marketing team and working with a well known Global Brand?
I have an incredible opportunity to work with a global marketing implementation agency that produces, creates and adapts advertising for
brands across all media (video, print and digital), delivering multi-level national and international campaigns.


The Executive Creative Director will be part of the leadership team responsible for developing campaigns
in their partnership as the foundational partner at a leading CPG company. As a leader within their newly
formed team, the ECD will partner with the Creative Services Director and Production Director to bring
great creative to life cross-channel, and push the client to be more strategic and consumer focused.
The ECD will have a strong background in art direction in the CPG category, and have the ability to create
and art-direct integrated communications while maintaining the high-quality standards of the brands. The
work will range from new transformative creative ideation based in existing brand strategy, to
adaptations utilizing existing creative direction.

This role, and team, will be based at the client’s headquarters as part of an on-site creative studio.
Partnership with client brand teams as well as partner agencies will be key to this role.

Key Responsibilities include:

 Act as a “brand guardian” across all deliverables and media, and be the go-to for clients on all creative matters

 Act as the creative leader for the studio team, both on and offsite

 Responsible for creative output, ensuring the tone is on-point and brand continuity maintained

 Reviews creative briefs to ensure that they are complete and clear before going into the studio pipeline

 Review and sign-off creative before being presented to client

 Present campaign concepts directly to executive stakeholders for multiple creative channels

 Ensure synergy or collaboration between the creative team and agency partners.

 Lead talent recruitment, training and development in partnership with HR as well as manage resource allocation

 Mentor talent to develop cross-platform capabilities

 Possess a thoughtful understanding of the client’s business, brand, key competitive setting and communication plan to remain relevant in real time

Required Experience:

 10+ years experience leading concept and execution in the CPG space and/or relevant industries

 Experience leading creative ideation and execution on digital, video and print projects across a portfolio of high profile brands

 Proven impact as an art director in a global organization; tactical communications and brand

experience a plus

 Ability to partner effectively with multiple stakeholders in a global setting

 Must have proven track record of success within a fast-paced environment

 A “hands on” leadership approach and willingness to “do the work” 

 Proven success building and developing creative teams

 A passion for production and a strong desire to deliver high-quality, cutting-edge work

 Ability to be client-facing at all times
