We are looking for an experienced Event Producer to join our client's internal Creative Services team to produce small to large scale events. In this role, the Event Producer will be coordinating several client events and various internal conferences from 20 to 400+ attendees, managing and executing all phases of the planning process. This role is the liaison between internal teams, vendors, technicians and clients to ensure successful production of events that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate has proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, possess exceptional client communication skills, and enjoy event production, execution, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, monitor, and maintain project scope, timeline, budget, process, resources and overall quality of deliverables.
Prepare written briefs for internal team members and external clients
Participate in ideation, collaborating with creative and technical directors assigned to the event
Determine technical requirements and equipment needed to provide outstanding customer experience
Perform site visits and attend meetings in person and via phone as needed (Travel 15-25%)
Participate in site inspections, attend show rehearsals, and resolve issues prior to event start to ensure show runs smoothly
Oversee all onsite details including set up, vendor coordination, tear down, and general troubleshooting throughout the event
After event, debrief and apply feedback to help ensure continuous improvement
Regular reporting of event status to department and larger team, evaluation of event successes, and identification of areas for improvement.
