Events Marketing Manager (Experiential)

Our corporate client is looking for an Events Marketing Manager that has experience planning and executing out of the box, innovative, large scale corporate communcations and events for internal audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with key leadership on devising and execute creative marketing and communications strategies to assist with innovative and transformational campaigns.
• Assist with concept design, planning, logistics and execution of on-site events and video productions
• Assist with coordination with vendors and on site production teams to put on live and filmed events
• Develop communications strategy and materials as part of ongoing campaigns

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• Must have 3-8 years of experience in a PR, Marketing or Creative Design position or agency
• Proven experience planning and executing out of the box, innovative, large scale communications and events with strong results
• High energy, fun and creative.
• Self-starter, inspired by ideas but team oriented.
• Strong organizational skills, goal and deadline oriented.
• Strong communications skills. Able to articulate ideas easily, express self fluidly and capture others’ ideas even more easily.
• Creative writing skills
• A keen eye for innovative marketing schemes to an internal audience, the importance of brand and campaign management.
• Familiarity and interest in marketing strategies used in alternate diverse industries such as fashion, gaming, entertainment, theater, retail.
• Expertise in Office tools such as Powerpoint, Excel and Word
• An interest in emerging and disruptive technologies a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier a plus
• Bachelor degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, and PR
