Our client is a large financial institution in Pennington, NJ and they are looking for a Events Marketing Coordinator to join their Marketing Team for a 12+ month contract opportunity. This Events Marketing Coordinator role is 40 hours a week, health benefits and 401K offered.
This Events Marketing Coordinator position will provide support for local FA conference planning and execution. The Events Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for all project management responsibilities and logistical event planning for several FA conferences throughout the year. The Events Marketing Coordinator will work with various levels of management and marketing partners. This Events Marketing Coordinator role will require knowledge of events logistics including catering, invitation, AV and registration processes, etc. Events Marketing Coordinators must be deadline-oriented, detail-oriented, responsive, and have excellent time management skills. They will also need to know how to project budget management and set up and run WebEx.
Events Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
- Conference planning experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Strong organization and communication skills also required
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time critical
- Can work independently
- Can interact with executives in a professional manner
This Events Marketing Coordinator role may have possible travel to Orlando, FL (2x per year).
