1) Execution & Support of MVP Canada Events
• All activities around event logistics (registration, bookings, catering, resources distribution)
• Track attendance / registration and regularly report status to MVP Lead
• Escalate any issues to MVP lead
MVP Canada Events include but not limited to MVP Regional Day in Canada (2), Quarterly MVP Canada Briefings (4) , Quarterly New MVP Briefings (4), Regional MVP Visits, Local Opportunities with DPE team.

2) Supporting MVP Lead during MVP Award Cycles (4)
• All activities including:
• Information gathering from previous nomination cycles
• Collecting information from MVPs and MVP Lead(s) to be entered into the nominee profile
• Searching WWW for additional information on candidates
• Keeping track of MVP contributions, as sent by MVPs
• Growth – Newsgroup & offline community scouting for potential MVPs.
• Reporting – providing updates to MVP Lead on nomination cycle pipeline (re-award, nominees, candidates)

3) Compile Canadian MVP Updates
• Build Canadian updates based on input from MVP lead and MVP virtual team (DPE + local sub)
• Submit updates to be sent by MVP lead on defined schedules

4) MVP Brand Marketing Campaigns (internal & external)
• All activities including:
• Production and management of marketing material as required
• Local office banner campaign – local office awareness
• Local office – online web banner campaign
• Collateral inclusion - joint initiatives with DPE & teams with tours in the field
• Coordination of newsletter inserts (internal and external)
• Other initiatives, as required.

5) Overall support of MVP Lead
• Various Activities
• Influencer – assist in keeping MVP data integrity (MVP profile updates, MVP Wins)
• Support data analysis after MVP survey is published.
• Support joint DPE activities as required.
• Support Audience Manager as required
• Newsgroup presence as required
