Trade Show Events Coordinator

• Manage/Track Calendar to meet deadlines (show orders/ shipping deadlines/ payment deadlines etc)
• Show Orders (show rentals/Material handling/show services)
• Assign structure and graphics and assure exhibit house ships on time (Asset management)
• Track show expenses in budget
• Send literature/giveaways/supplies to show
• Register staff for shows
• Tell staff about travel and show schedule needs
• Send in contracts, sign up and pick booth locations
• Check requests and credit card to make payments
• Coordinate any graphics production with exhibit house - Service as main contact to exhibit house
• Decide and order attire and giveaways
• Distribute pre-/post- show lists to sales and service
• Determine staffing needs
• Pre-/Post- show emails, postcards, program ads.

Coordinate with Product, Sales & Creative Services, establishing & communicating timelines. Source dimensional, boxes, & misc. materials. Schedule assembly and mailing with SJI. Create lead source
