Events Coordinator

We are seeking a Events Coordinator to work on-site with our large Fortune 500 client in Northern Phoenix.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Managing print collateral & give away items
- Event fulfillment (we work with a courier so he/she would need to prep the materials, arrange for courier service, receive items upon their return)
- Support/execution of client & community events throughout the year
- Extroverted, outgoing, articulate, self-motivated – must able to represent our brand and value proposition to clients, customer and the community
- Bilingual Spanish a plus (speak & read – writing not necessary)
- Role has physical requirements (ability to move boxes of collateral & giveaways, set-up and tear-down events, etc.)
- Must have a reliable vehicle (mileage can be expensed)
- Must be willing to work outside of “normal biz hours” as some events may be early in the morning, run into the evening and/or take place on weekends
- Day-to-day tactical items as needed when not in “event mode” – examples may include:
preparing reports in Word, PPT and/or Excel (data entry into templates – he/she would not be required to generate or create new report formats)
- Cleaning up Excel files (usually mail lists -- deleting duplicates, sorting by zip code, etc.)
reviewing/proofing materials from creative team (to ensure all changes requested were made, there are no glaring errors, the phone numbers and addresses listed are correct & are the same on both the collateral and on the website, etc.)
- Part-time schedule can be flexible
