The Event Coordinator will support the Event Managers to plan and execute various corporate projects and events. Responsibilities include supporting all varieties of client events from road shows, internal & external facing conferences, tradeshows, customer programs and social events.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Research various event related elements and reporting
· Coordinate event components; food & beverage, audio visual, evening events, meeting space layout, etc.
· Search and source cities and venues around the country
· Assist with managing attendee registration & communication
· Create and produce onsite event materials and manage shipping arrangements
· Travel

Successful Candidate Qualities:
· Knowledge of the corporate event industry and experience
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Strong abilities to organize and multi-task
· Sense of humor and upbeat, positive demeanor
· Highly flexible - able to change course mid-stream with a high level of professionalism
· Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
· Desire to travel
· Must like working in a team environment while being self-motivated and also able to work independently
