Events Coordinator

Our Leading Media Entertainment Client is looking for an Events Coordinator 

Job Description: 
• Manage meeting logistics for multiple high-profile meetings 
• Assist Events team with internal events registration portal including badging/hotels for multiple events 
• Office management including calendar management, document preparation, processing expense reports and travel arrangements for the team 
• Manage all incoming and outgoing requests for administrative support 
• Send/Receive/Distribute overnight packages and mail 
• Assist with product inventory for previews and events 
• Handle additional projects as necessary. 

Requirements:  
• Proven organizational and time management skills 
• Demonstrated success in coordinating multiple projects in high volume, dynamic business environment 
• High degree of initiative and ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision 
• Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines under pressure 
• Outstanding team player with high energy, enthusiastic and positive attitude 
• Strong written/verbal communications 
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Client is requiring testing on the MS Office
• Event management a plus 

Education Requirements: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications 
• 3-5 years of administrative project management & event experience 
• Demonstrated success in coordinating multiple projects in high volume, dynamic business environment
