In this role the Events Coordinator will be managing pieces of client team's largest events in the US, including but not limited to press conferences, launch events, and experiential initiatives. The events support product marketing campaigns across multiple products and internal partners (press, marketing, legal, business development, etc) to deliver results-driven "live marketing." The right candidate will be able to thrive under pressure while managing a complex set of logistics, tactics and reporting.
Top 3 Responsibilities:
- Support Event Managers to produce event driven marketing programs.
- Full event management and production including all aspects of event logistics from creative and experienced, catering, transportation, budget management, venue management, attendee generation & registration management, and other event-related marketing responsibilities.
- Interact with and manage multiple vendors, agencies, industry partners, client executives and a wide range of functional groups within client.
BA or BS Degree - no specific field required. (In lieu of degree, 4 years of work experience)
2 - 4+ years events experience required. (Ideally looking for candidates who are well rounded with events experience, managing or coordinating all aspects of the event)
1+ years of experience in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and design skills.
Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team of technical and non-technical members.
Excellent customer support and communication skills.
Ability to understand technical subjects, advertising technology, and their relevance to the marketplace.
