Events Concierge

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Events Concierge to join their team! 

This associate will support attendee experience and retention, helping them to derive the best value from the event and drive exhibitor retention through facilitating exhibitor meetings. 

The Event Concierge will help attendees plan their event and ensure they get the best value from the conference by: 
• Providing an overview of the program 
• Recommending which sessions to attend based on their current initiatives or interests 
• Organizing One-on-One research analyst appointments 
• Helping attendees register for event workshops and roundtables 
• Connecting them with other attendees for networking opportunities 
• Connecting them with relevant exhibitors through facilitated meetings 
• Assisting attendees onsite during the event 
• Flawless client experience, with successful results being demonstrated by increased attendee Exhibitor meetings and high satisfaction from attendees on their experience 
• Assist in the development of scalable and consistent processes 
• Effective engagement and collaboration with external partners and teams 
Internal Contacts 
• Event Sales Team, Events Production Team and Events Marketing Team 
External Contacts 
• Clients and prospective clients for multiple events, Event partners 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree desirable 
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in the events industry 
• Significant customer service experience 
• Familiarity with IT / Technology preferred 
• Proven ability to interact with clients in customer service/relationship management role 
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks 
• Strong organizational skills 
• Strong client focused/ customer service skills 
• Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
• Stellar interpersonal skills and passion for providing the highest quality service possible 
• Personable with attention to detail 
• Strong oral & written communication skills at all levels
