Events Concierge

The Event Concierge will help attendees – in collaboration with client's Sales teams - plan their event effectively and ensure they get the best value from the conference by:
• Giving them an overview of the program
• Recommending which sessions to attend based on their current initiatives or interests
• Organizing One-on-One analyst appointments
• Helping them register for workshops and roundtables
• Connecting them with other attendees
• Connecting them with relevant tech providers
• Assisting clients onsite during the event


Professional Experience:
• At least 1-3 year experience in the events industry
• Significant customer service experience
• Familiarity with IT / Technology preferred
• Proven ability to interact effectively with clients in customer service/relationship/management role
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks

Skills & Competencies:
• Stellar interpersonal skills and passion for providing the highest quality service possible
• Strong client focused/ customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn and become familiar with a complex product
• Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Personable with attention to detail
• Strong oral & written communication skills
