Our client, a large healthcare organization, is seeking a consultant to join their team to support the Marketing of Events, Sponsorship, and Promotions. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following: Primarily manage a touring program using trailers to promote health and wellness by bringing biometric screenings to public, non-profit, and client events.
Agency Management: primary point of contact, post-event feedback, briefing document development, inter-agency relationship management, support production of tour materials, lead asset approval process, tour calendar supervision, Statement of Work management, etc.)
Calendar Management: identify key markets, feedback, approval process, schedule with internal stakeholders, distribution of final calendar
Segment Coordination: point-person between internal customers and agency for effective tour planning, staffing, approvals, and execution
Public Relations: Provide tour schedules to Public Relations (Regional & Enterprise) once confirmed
Vehicle Management: Company lead for all driver and vehicle-related needs, including budget, calendar, billing, agency coordination, etc.
Reporting: provide post-event reports including results, inventory, research, etc.
Event Management: Serve as the lead for all onsite event needs and serve as the point-person for all event related needs even on nights and weekends, develop and distribute necessary staff training materials
Budgeting: maintain program budget in accordance with Finance, provide reporting on Internal Communications: coordinate with Corporate Communications to develop and distribute program materials, including websites, inboxes, emails, etc.
Support the development of strategy and execution of the company’s core sports franchise sponsorships, and others to be developed at a local level in their business footprint as well as involvement in the evaluation, strategy, and execution of global opportunities in the sponsorship space in conjunction with their individual country businesses and regional offices.
Support the development of executive-level reports and recommendations on sponsorships programs and events based on effectiveness, including measurement of ROI.
Support creating new programs at a global, local or regional level in partnerships and sponsorships with potential business partners and co-branding opportunities that leverage channels and provide measurable ways for Marketing and Sales to effectively reach and engage its key audiences and build relationships.
Ensure development of tools and processes to track activities and oversee maintenance of dashboards, program evaluations, reports, budget and other departmental functions.
