As part of the Strategic Events department, the Roadshows Team takes the company's spirit on the road, delivering high-quality events around the U.S. and globally. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to support our energetic, fast-paced team. The right candidate will be an organizational wizard with solid communication skills and the flexibility to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Role Responsibilities include:
Maintaining the event calendar and team/staff schedules
Coordinating internal and external meetings—including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings, vendor meetings, etc.
Receiving and directing visitors
Answering attendee queries from the event concierge email box
Shipping, ordering, and maintaining supplies
Coordinating special event projects
Providing coverage to event social handles
Gather FAQs for each World Tours
General project management
Building and maintaining team documents, including Excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint decks

Experience/Required Skills
A Bachelors degree with at least 2 years experience in the professional workforce
Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
An understanding of the Google office suite, including Sheets, Slides, GCal, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility, and the ability to jump into (and between) projects as needs—as well as the initiative to notice a need and offer assistance where applicable
Proven ability to manage projects, adapt under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines
Ability and willingness to build new skills and accept new challenges
Availability to travel domestically and internationally to support onsite event logistics
