Position- Event Planner
Location: Onsite only in Basking Ridge, NJ
Duration: 6 months with likely extension
Hourly Pay: $35-$37/hour
Benefits- Medical, dental, vision and 401k
Drug Screen, Background Check and NDA required


Assist with planning, coordination and facilitation of deep dive brand identity training sessions – both in person and virtual.

This will include:
1. event and venue logistics and technology planning (coordination with VZTV, facilities, brand team, training and agencies)
2. attendee management (capturing internal and external attendees via master spread sheet)
3. registration management (# attendees/session, rescheduling attendees, invitations, Q&A)
4. On-site/day of logistics (room set up, food & beverage, access to auditorium for attendees, materials, etc)
5. Virtual session management (set up, troubleshoot technology issues, record session, post recording for self-serve viewing)

Support the ongoing management of a cross-functional task force including external agencies:
- Meeting set up including attendee coordination
- Material preparation, coordination and distribution
- Deliverable management, roadmap and outcomes

Support all internal and external training needs as defined by brand team:
- Includes all-employee plan, new employee, and functional area specific training and initiatives
- Plan and coordinate all brand team webcasts and material distribution
- Assist the brand team with the coordination of guidelines, updates and tools (includes managing timelines and dependencies)
- Work with and coordinate with agency partners in deliverables, timelines, project plans and provide direction and troubleshooting as required

Top three Must have skills?
- Excellent coordination, planning and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Resourceful and independent, ability to “get job done” within complex work environment
- Microsoft office: word, excel, PPT,
