Event Marketing Specialist

Our client is looking for a Event Marketing Specialist. This an onsite 6months assignment with benefits .

The ideal talent will be responsible for but not limited to:

Create and manage all marketing in support of select events for International Services. Efforts include marketing communications to drive registration, registration website, onsite print materials and all event signage. Manage creative development from strategy through execution working with partner agencies. Develop program results analysis and provide recommendations for future event campaigns.
Following are specific job functions:

Develop & Manage Event Content / Communications
• Work with International Branch Managers to confirm event/workshop plans and schedule
• Update content for email invitations, reminders, and workshop presentations
• Work with agency to distribute event/workshop invitation & reminder emails to clients
• Update event schedule on public websites and internal sharing portal
• Manage invitations, reminders and event logistics for in-branch events/workshops
• Update business partners on event/workshop schedule

Manage Online Workshops (Webinars)
• Set-up online events through Schwab platforms
• Administrate live online events on Schwab platforms
• Enter event data into Schwab systems to capture registrations and attendance
• Compile and report on event results

Other Projects
• Develop, distribute, and gather post-event surveys for both online and in-branch events
• Develop step-by-step event tracking manuals for branches
• Develop local event content strategy
o Review existing presentation topics, business results, and solicit local branches’ input
o Propose content best suited for each business units
o Develop new content and update existing ones

Required Skills:

- Prior experience at Financial is strongly desired
- Spanish language skill is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project and event management skills
- Experience in managing event budget
- Work well in cross-group collaboration
- Strategic thinking
- Analytical
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
