Event Marketing Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator/Manager to support and drive multiple aspects of consumer events. The position will report to the Head of Event Marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in an organizational environment that is fast-paced, innovative, collaborative and low-ego. It will be necessary to operate execution ally at a high level, with specific attention to the details and organization. Candidates should have experience in supporting successful events and campaigns from conception through to post-event KPI analysis.

Coordinates and arranges for meetings and special events of various sizes. Plans logistics and negotiates contract(s) for conferences, and/or events, with respect to budgets, speakers, entertainment, transportation, facilities, technology, equipment, logistical requirements, printing, food and beverage, and other related issues. Serves as liaison between contractors, organizers, and management with regards to all facets of the programs and events.: Negotiates terms, executes, and administers multiple contracts with facilities vendors for service, in accordance with budget constraints and company policies and procedures. Designs and prepares various marketing materials, to include brochures and flyers, for meetings and conferences

Responsibilities:
• Support execution of highly effective events for consumer audience for both sports and music
• Work collaboratively to manage all aspects of events including content development, vendor management, operations, budget, logistics, creative/design production and program development.
• Create project scope and schedules.
• Manage budget and logistics to the smallest detail ensuring all are properly scoped.
• Some travel for onsite event production – including some pre-event scoping.
• Highly organized and efficient at project management.
• Mange external agency relationships.as necessary
• Collaborate closely with the other internal groups, including Field Operations, Relationship Marketing, Creative and Product/Technology, to ensure consistent and integrated event messaging.
