Position- Event Marketing Coordinator
Location- Mississauga ON L4W 5N2
Start date- After interview and background check are complete
Duration- November 2016 with likely extension
Onsite only. Work is to be done onsite. Remote is not an option.

Hourly pay rate range- $28-31hr, DOE
TRAVEL THROUGHOUT CANADA IS REQUIRED. 8 city road shows in (June, Aug and Sep). The candidate will need to be legal age to rent a vehicle (usually it's 21 or 24 based on the province).

The Mobility Business Marketing team is seeking a B2B Event Marketer responsible for overall management of Bell’s participation in key vertical tradeshows (research, project management and execution) and manage logistics for a cross country client hosting golf tournament. Reporting to the Senior Manager, in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Tradeshows
  • Research and develop cost estimates for trade shows participation in key verticals nationally
  • Organise and execute booth logistics
  • Coordinate the production of promotional materials and publications for events
  • Develop a project plan for each event and coordinate all sales channel briefing calls
  • Produce timely summary reports based on salesforce.com results
  • Prepare and manage event budget
  • Work cross-functionally with campaigns, product, marketing communications and sales channels
  • Actively contribute to the overall event marketing strategies
  • Golf Tournaments
  • Organize logistics from city to city and multiple cities at one time
  • Develop tracking documents and schedules
  • On course set up (signage, pin flags, tee blocks and hole activities)
  • Early morning starts / late day finishes
  • Pack and ship assets (boxes, crates, etc)
  • Track registration list within Salesforce.com
  • Provide daily RSVP reports to the sales channel (email and via Salesforce.com chatter)

    Qualifications:
     3-5 years experience in event planning and logistics preferably in a B2B environment
     Ability to deliver event execution excellence
     Salesforce.com admin and reporting experience
     Event campaign planning (client engagement, content management, lead gen and evaluation) would be an asset
     Golf tournament rules and regulations
     Detail, and results oriented with ability to multi-task
     Self-motivated individual who thrives working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    with the ability to drive, develop and execute initiatives across cross-functional groups
     Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
     Ability to travel within Canada (estimate 3 months of travel)
     Must have a valid driver’s license
