3 Month role starting March!
Develops and implements strategic marketing plans for an organization. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Researches and develops pricing policies and recommends appropriate sales channels. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
Updating and organizing Global Sell sheets (one pagers for each or our major brands) – format and content already established, but will need to check in with brand and studio leaders to get updated information and then relay that information with designer to update the layout. Will need to manage this project 100% from start to completion.
Independent projects- Work directly with SVP with some guidance from Sr. Manager – 60%
Project managed print ads for licensing show ( full page ad and show dailies)
Work with PR to move along press releases, obtain information from global team and help craft overall theme and message for licensing show.
Work on high level pitch for Baby Alive Accessories. Most of the information exists but needs to be organized in a compelling story telling manager
Assist with organizing, cataloguing and shipping of products to Licensing shwo. Including dressing mannequins. Boxes arrive weekly with product samples, will need to be unpacked, color coded tagged to indicate time received, and organized into existing bins representing each category. As samples come in, purging of old samples will be needed (this is based on color coded system).
Support for Sr. Manager – 40%
Assistance with marketing presentation building (PPT). Utilizing existing assets, “frankin deck” presentations together for internal and external needs. Design experience in PPT is nice, but not necessary. We have outside resources for this.
Attending cross function meetings as needed, taking notes and communicating any deliverables / asks that were generated from the meeting
