Event Manager | Marketing Consultant

Our Fortune 500 Financial Services client is hiring a Event Manager | Marketing Consultant for a 9-12 month role within the Treasury Management Marketing team.

As part of the Treasury Management Marketing team, this individual will:

• Lead webinar project management with key content managers, vendors, and other marketing partners as needed to deliver smooth webinar presentation and ensure best customer experience during live events (4-5 annually). Includes pre and post event communications and platform support
• Support marketing for industry conferences and events, including conceptualizing and developing session proposals, writing and submitting session descriptions, managing presentation design and event communications, developing and directing execution of booth/event themes, and developing and managing booth draws. These conferences include Treasury Management’s proprietary Global Payments Conference and Treasury Forums; national and regional AFP conferences; national NACHA Payments conference. Obtain approvals for updated/new materials from Brand, Legal, and Compliance (and Intellectual Property as needed)
• Manage processes for maintaining and updating Treasury Management marketing materials including Treasury Insights articles, videos, webinars, infographics, Specialized Industries pieces, and Print-On-Demand resources on the Sales Enablement Platform and legacy Treasury Management Marketing Center within required timeframes. This includes partnering as necessary within and outside of the team to keep materials in review compliance
• Support marketing team as primary liaison with the SalesMotion management team to maintain and update the Marketing Resources Homepage, Customer Appreciation Program, Social Media, and Webinar Resource pages to ensure timeliness of content and Sales ease of usage.
• Obtain approvals for updated/new materials from Brand, Legal, and Compliance (and Intellectual Property as needed)
• Perform limited analysis of Treasury Insights and Marketing channel performance, provide monthly content call reporting to help showcase top and lowest performing topics/assets
• Support Content Mangers’ selection of assets to promote via Social Media by submitted Marketing Exchange requests, draft content as needed, ensure reporting is provided

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications
• High level of knowledge and understanding of the Treasury Management business, products, and services
• Proven organizational and project management expertise and skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously and to ensure projects stay on track and meet established deadlines
• Proven, excellent marketing materials development skills, particularly for collateral and presentations, working within the brand voice
• Ability to manage copy, design and production according to brand guidelines
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people, specifically across the Treasury Management Product, Marketing and Sales teams
• Demonstrated vendor and agency management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven to be highly self-motivated with strong initiative who thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Preferred
• Journalistic and/or editorial copywriting experience
• 5 years experience working in a B2B marketing role
