The event coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to expand your experience and knowledge in a fast pace environment. This position will support the employee experience team and specifically focus on a key employee audience within the company - the amazing minds that build great products.

This role will require excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in order to prioritize the workload and support multiple Program Managers.

Responsibilities:
• The core focus is to support and coordinate the logistic needs for the Employee Experience team globally.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to creatively formulate new ideas for all programs to ensure each is meaningful, personal and supports the overall goals of the organization.
• Coordinate all end to end event logistics including venue management, catering, swag, communications, staffing, event supplies, registration sites, etc.
• General Administrative duties as needed including inventory management, event set up, printing materials, shipping supplies, and responding to employee requests.
• Measure, track, and analyze program results to provide data-driven recommendations for improving future events.
• Initiate, track and follow up on all budget related items such as purchase orders and invoices.
• Research and order giveaways and signage/graphics. Order & ship event supplies.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar event coordinator role with experience in various types of events.
• Solid attention to detail, customer-service orientation and creativity in problem-solving.
• Demonstrated success in being able to manage multiple events/projects simultaneously and toggle between tactical and strategic on daily basis.
• Excellent team player but also has the ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Demonstrated track record of coordinating and supporting successful events and communications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Powerpoint, Google Docs & Excel.
• Ability to travel as needed for the role.
