One of San Francisco's most popular denim brands is seeking qualified candidates with a strong retail background to join their growing team. Please review the job description below and let us know if you have any interest:

Start: ASAP 
6 month Assignment 
Location: San Francisco

Responsibilities 
o Manage global milestone meeting logistics and related administrative responsibilities including but not limited to – Seasonal Concept, Sketch Review, Briefing, and FLA (Final Line Assortment) 
o On-going ownership of scheduling cross functional and offsite MLT meetings including ownership of agenda development, location / logistics, facilities, catering, etc. 
o Logistical meeting support  
o Support M&D team with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as related to events planning and project management 

Qualifications 
o Bachelor degree required 
o 3+ years experience within the apparel industry or in an senior administrative role 
o Merchandising or operations experience with an apparel manufacturer, retailer or marketer preferred 
o Experience with event planning a strong asset o Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must 
o Support VP in managing department budget -- approx $1m / year 
o Ability to thrive in a high paced, multi-task enviornment 
o Proven ability to create strong and effective working relationships cross functionally at all levels of the organization 
o Ability to influence key stakeholders, often at a senior level 
o Extremely detail oriented and thorough, with strong follow-up skills. 
o Ability to effectively problem solve 
o Proficient with software applications, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point o Ability to effectively source hotels, dinner reservations, catering
