Event Coordinator

Responsible for working with the events team on executing corporate events including conferences, partner events, trade shows, sponsorships, field marketing, internal (sales/HR), etc.

Responsibilities to include:

• Oversee the Meet Association event partnership and serve as the main Events Team liaison for over 20 global events including:
o Coordinate internal logistics for participation at their events including confirming speakers, employee attendance, booth presence, marketing materials, etc.
o Track and report on all sponsorship revenue sharing by maintaining a spreadsheet for sponsorship requests, revenue from sold sponsorships, etc.
o Create and update partner sponsorship collateral (brochures and web forms) for Events to partners

• Serve as the main contact for all developer events and sponsorships:
o Work with management to determine the event strategy for expanding our developer outreach and which events we participate in
o Manage all event logistics for developer events and sponsorships

• Serve as the project manager for hosted events registration platform.
o Work with third party registration vendor and internal design team to project manage the creation of registration sites and conduct QA prior to launch
o Oversee the implementation of registration price increases and QA sites to ensure they are always working properly
o Review daily registration reports, analyze and create discount codes, updated attendee data, etc.
o Respond to attendee customer service registration issues such as site troubleshooting, payment options, etc.
o Update Excel formula templates for additional reporting

• Coordinate and oversee logistics for other events as assigned including:
o Research and site selection, food and beverage, branding, décor, audiovisual, entertainment, guest and hotel registration, materials, premiums, etc.
o Supervise and project management for vendors and agencies responsible for execution
o Track and reconcile event budgets when needed
o Work with internal teams to ensure all production tasks are completed on time
o Gather post event feedback and evaluations in order to review ROI and improve future results
o Ensure high standards for all event execution and brand consistency

• Other responsibilities as assigned or modified by management

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, focusing on corporate events and/or conference logistics
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and organized; known for attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
