We are seeking a Trade Show & Event Manager for one of our valued clients in the energy industry.

Fast paced corporate events department is seeking a Meetings & Event Manager to plan and execute all aspects of trade shows, meetings and conferences. The ideal candidate will exhibit an approachable and flexible attitude with the ability to remain high-energy and positive in a constantly evolving and collaborative environment. Important to possess creative problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail and strong focus on customer service. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
o Coordinate both large and small trade show booths, from inception through completion 
o Manage all aspects of pre-show planning and logistics for trade shows and conferences including booth layout, AV, registration, shipping, catering, contract negotiation, budget preparation and reconciliation and onsite execution 
o This role will provide “end-to-end” management of projects and will ensure company-wide brand guidelines and approval processes are adhered to throughout planning and execution. 
o Other duties as assigned 


QUALIFICATIONS 
• Bachelor’s degree required 
• 5+ years’ event management experience 
• Proven track record of executing successful, polished B2B events that are on time and on budget 
• Ability to maintain poise and grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
• Expertise in negotiating, budgeting and event project management 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and fluid environment 
• Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial 
• Ability to build relationships and trust with events’ stakeholders as well as with suppliers and vendors 
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with absolute attention to detail 
• Works well in a team environment but comfortable working independently 
• Mastery of MS Office
