Entry Level You Tube Channel Manager

Top tier CPG company is looking for a Entry Level You Tube Channel Manager. This person will own publishing content for the organizations entire site and YouTube channels.

Responsibilities:
- Associate will be responsible for gathering all assets, utilizing design skills to format content, gather and evaluate rights, and publish content on the site.
- Solid project management skills will help ensure successful planning of deployments and management of rights tracking to ensure timely removal of content helping to protect the organization from lawsuits resulting in misused content.
- Associate will work closely with asset management team, IT and Legal groups. Demonstrate strong collaboration, with multiple stakeholders and provide a high level of customer service.

CMS Publishing responsibilities:
*Utilize CMS tools to publish content to brand sites and YouTube.
*Utilize design skills to optimize agency images and content by opening, evaluating and redesigning any assets ensuring they are in the correct format prior to publishing.
*Maintain detailed process tracking sheets with each push to maintain process integrity and be able to maintain Nestle Audit compliances.
*Utilize project management skills to effectively plan deployments in cooperation with agency partners and IT.
*Be able to strategically evaluate CMS tools to become the CMS expert and build Best Practices while continuing to grow department.

Customer Service
*Leverage strong communication skills to work cross functionally with Agency, Vendor and Marketing partners to resolve issues and develop Best Practices.
*Work collaboratively with Asset Management team to ensure CMS content is stored in accordance with company policies.
*Assist in program training, including development of training materials. Provide one on one follow-up with each person after training, gathering insights, and helping problem solve. Provide process improvements based upon interactions with users.
*Provide 1st level support to CMS programs to assist users and troubleshoot issues.
*Work with vendors and IT on 2nd level support with all programs to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:
BS/BA in Communications, Project Management, Graphic Communication, Computer Programming or equivalent
5+ yrs of design/agency experience
*3+ yrs CMS tool experience
*3+ years YouTube or video management platform
In-depth knowledge of standard art development programs on both PC and MAC formats
*Project management skills with graphic development, pre-press and printing knowledge preferred
*IT or computer programming experience a plus
*Experience in rights and release management a plus

Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively in a multi-functional organization
• Superior verbal and written communications skills; superior organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to generate buy-in from department heads & managers to sell ideas and improve processes
• PC proficiency required, MAC proficiency required

Location: St Louis, MO 63102
Duration: 40hrs a week, 18month contract w/ possible extension
