Our client is looking for an Account Coordinator to work as part of a larger Client Marketing team on digital marketing and advertising campaigns, providing both tactical and strategic support to senior members of the team. The role will be primarily responsible for ensuring each campaign is scheduled and flighted in an efficient and optimized way. The Account Coordinator will support Senior Managers in building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue within each account. Account Coordinator support will focus on maintaining project details and timelines and on assuming the day to day management of multiple client ad campaigns. This role does not require ad trafficking duties.

An ideal training ground for online advertising, the Account Coordinator role provides the right candidate an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working across multiple advertising channels on Fortune 500 advertising accounts.

-Schedule digital ad inventory across channels (email, desktop, mobile, social)
-Implement and manage projects to ensure flawless delivery of client programs
- Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery
-Manage campaign performance and make optimization recommendations
-Create regular reports for clients and internal teams
-Communicate ad specifications and creative lead times to advertisers/agencies
-Assist Senior Managers with downloading and presenting data, analyzing results, and developing strategic recommendations
-Assist in creating client presentations
-Maintain ongoing liaison with clients, advertisers, 3rd party vendors, and internal departments, to ensure campaign goals and objectives are satisfied.
