EU Enterprise Partner Marketing Manager
Contract Duration: 12 months, based in Victoria office
12 month contract with the possibility of going perm

The European Enterprise Partner Marketing Manager will lead Partner Marketing initiatives with our major partners in European Energy, Insurance, Security and more to take advantage of the leading connected “internet of things” technology being offered. Reporting to the Head of EU Enterprise, this position will own a number of initiatives driving awareness, engagement and conversion together with our European Enterprise Partners.

The European Enterprise Partner Marketing Manager must be a strong leader, able to communicate effectively across multiple sectors and partner types, with a desire to engage across a wide-range of stakeholders up to C-Level inside and outside. It is essential that this individual is a strong collaborator across the Marketing and Sales teams with clear understanding of both B2C marketing and B2B Enterprise relationships.


The work

Directly manage 10-15 partners in Europe, working with them to increase awareness of the product, and increase sell-through of products through those partners.
Own the marketing relationship with Enterprise Partners in Europe, and be responsible for Enterprise Partner-related consumer facing (B2C) and through-partner (B2B2C) touchpoints.
Bring on board 5-10 partners supporting expansion plans in 2017 and beyond.
Responsible for defining the strategy for partner onboarding and relationship development.
Responsible for developing short/long-term co-marketing programs with strategic partners
Partner with agencies to execute on B2C and B2B2C media buys and creative.
Responsible for developing programs to drive awareness, pipeline growth and advance existing opportunities.
Responsible for managing the message and media mix with Enterprise partners so it works in concert with consumer marketing and other partner marketing programs.
Work with the Enterprise Sales team to establish a valuation of the potential partner’s marketing investments and our marketing support during partnership negotiations.
Responsible for managing the EU Enterprise Partner Marketing budget.
Partner with the Marketing Analytics lead to track activity, provide recommendations on plan refinements, and report on campaign performance.
Work cross-functionally with the Brand Strategy and Creative teams to ensure every campaign concept can flex to support the needs of EU Enterprise. Define the kit of assets needed for each campaign for the EU Enterprise channel.
Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales teams to contribute to joint customer development plans.
Ensure that the Enterprise Sales organization has the insights, tools, capabilities and clear direction to deliver solutions to our customers.
Work with Creative and external agency leads to ensure that the website reflects partner offers and positioning. Actively look for an improved customer experience for consumers that land on website from Partner campaigns.


Minimum qualifications

5-7 years of related experience
Understanding of and/or background in Enterprise (B2B) sales and marketing and Consumer (B2C). Experience in B2B2C marketing an advantage.
Experience launching marketing activities that leverage more than one brand while maintaining consistency.
Bachelor’s degree


Preferred qualifications

Proven success negotiating with partners to create experiences that support your brand and products.
Experience working for powerful, iconic brands (consumer or B2B) that engage consumers through disruptive marketing.
Proven success driving awareness, engagement, and conversion results for consumer products.
Skills driving creative development: writing briefs, evaluating work, budgeting production.
Worked with external agencies and agents, e.g. advertising agencies, designers, photographers.
Media planning and buying experience.
Campaign measurement: managing analytics and KPI reporting to goals.
Marketing budget responsibility.
Worked cross-¬functionally with product development, social media, relationship marketing, sales and channel management and support to drive truly integrated marketing campaigns.
