Role & Expectations

The Services Subsidiary Stakeholder Engagement Specialist (SSES) is a marketer & seller by heart, who understands and embraces digital transformation and has a deep understanding of stakeholder management & engagement disciplines (e.g. social selling, social engagement, strategic communications, account-based marketing, customer strategy & planning, branding, design thinking).


The SSES drives stakeholder enablement & awareness, internally (field teams and executives) and externally (customers), ultimately increasing customer preference, customer engagement, IP/offering adoption and penetration in the local market. The SSES is accountable for stakeholder engagement, from plan to execution to results, by developing strong collaboration across sales, delivery, account and solution teams, industry marketing development managers (iMDMs) and segment marketers.


The SSES is expected to be grounded on a solid strategy and marketing plan for assigned industries and/or areas of focus, supporting the SPMM roles and team to change how we engage and show up to customers. The SSES is expected to be an active contributor to the development of new team and marketing capabilities, as well as an active participant of Area and WW communities.


Key Accountabilities


Marketing & Strategy Planning [15%]

  • Aligned to local & customer engagement plans, build local stakeholder engagement plan & programs
  • Build and execute local internal stakeholder engagement plan, to drive awareness of Services capabilities & solutions
  • Build and execute external stakeholder engagement plan, to drive change in customer perception and preference
  • Contribute with subject matter expertise from Services to Business Groups and segments


Stakeholder Engagement [60%]

  • Evangelize prioritized offerings internally and externally, including customer benefits & expected outcomes
  • Leverage socially-enabled & digital go-to-markets to drive engagement and BDM acquisition
  • Be the local liaison for the Services Portfolio, promoting it accordingly
  • Represent Services in key internal and external forums, as it relates to stakeholder engagement
  • Work closely with segments, Public Sector, and industry teams to develop & promote key customer stories
  • Work with teams to evangelize successful sales & delivery approaches to assist others in closing new business
  • Leverage global and build local programs, whenever applicable, to drive the desired business impact
  • Actively provide feedback to local and global stakeholders (campaigns, customer feedback, offerings, etc.)
  • Build subject matter expertise around stakeholder & customer engagement
  • Shares best practices with the global Services SPMM community


Marketing Capability Development [15%]

  • Build marketing capabilities in collaboration with other PMMs, sales, delivery & business management
  • Own, evolve and orchestrate assigned marketing capabilities (e.g. social selling, storytelling)
  • Support development of team roles, marketing maturity & excellence
  • Be an active participant of hiring and development of new team talent


Rhythm of the Business [10%]

  • Drive and achieve desired level of impact measured by corresponding KPIs
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Area and WW stakeholders
