Serve as the subject matter expert within Studios for Microsoft Windows-related devices. Provide to Aquent internal and contract staff in our North American studios and offices support by telephone, ticketing system, and email. The support engineer will be expected to resolve most customer issues, but will have the authority to escalate issues to Aquent’s enterprise IT organization when necessary. In addition, this role will have responsibility for acquiring devices and software, and for imaging and distributing the devices as needed.
This position offers the opportunity to join a growing business unit at a time when the business and its infrastructure are evolving. It will require occasional travel to Aquent studios and offices in North America.
