Employee Engagement Manager

We are looking for an Employee Engagement Manager with a proven track-record of developing customer-centric employee, recruiting, and community engagement programs. This person will ensure that programs and initiatives drive our client's customer experience strategies as well as its overall goals. This individual will be an internal change leader dedicated to creating a customer-centric environment driven by strong employee engagement and communications.

Principal Responsibilities:

Owns all rewards and recognition programs, including long-term strategy and corresponding platform as well as short-term contests and other promotions.

-Orchestrates and manages all conferences, town Halls, and all large associate events.
-Leads and manages ongoing internal and external engagement committee relationships.
-Communicates and markets all key initiatives
-Creates and manages employee-based ideation conduit
-Oversees development, design, administration and analysis of employee engagement surveys
-Provides engagement updates and champions usage of data to generate insights and create meaningful change

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:

-Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development or related field.
-At least six years of professional work experience in employee communications and engagement roles (including large-scale events planning and Corporate Communications)
-Highly organized, able to wear multiple hats, and accomplish a multitude of tasks in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with a self-motivated drive to accomplish
-Strong organizational leadership and team collaboration skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ownership of communications strategies as they relate to this role
-Ability to see and plan strategically while driving completion of program details required
-Creative, positive, engaging, upbeat and can-do attitude
-Persistence, perseverance, and passionate about associate engagement
-Team-building and relationship management skills
-Knowledge of project management and change management disciplines and tools
-Quantitative and qualitative analysis of associate survey data
