Employee Communications, Sr. Consultant

Our client seeks a Senior Consultant, Employee Communications to develop and execute internal communications strategies and plans that engage, align and inspire employees, both management and frontline teams, with their vision and business strategy. The successful candidate will also focus on driving employees' understanding of the company's business priorities and key initiatives, promoting a performance-based culture. The client seeks someone who will:

Provide strategic counsel to senior executives and develop messaging, videos and webcasts for company updates, key initiatives, industry issues and other topics.

Provide strategic planning and support for employee programs supporting the client's organization to influence culture change and promote an inclusive working partnership with project teams, Marketing and media relations; leads internal communications for key national and global initiatives, and focuses on our innovation message, employee recognition, strong customer focus, helping meet and exceed company objectives, and enhancing our culture.

Create effective and collaborative internal communications processes and shares best practices across the global employee communications team.

Understand the inner workings of vertical sales organizations.

Research industry trends (e.g. through networking, benchmarking, industry publications and contacts) to determine new methods for message delivery.

Establish and tracks metrics that help correlate internal communications programs to employee productivity and organization performance.
