THE ROLE…

The role is multifaceted and the candidate will be expected to project manage quality assurance – ensure checks and approvals are rigorously carried out across multiple email campaigns across multiple global markets including URL/copy/ Image checking and personalisation functionality. It is expected that you will work effectively with internal and client stakeholders to aid the localisation of content within the Adobe email tool. The role will be responsible for creating campaigns and assigning them across 34 markets and supporting them to ensure campaign deadlines are kept. You will be able to easily identify and communicate potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies to facilitate the timely broadcast of email campaigns

The candidate will be part of a large team set-up and report directly into the Senior Campaign Manager and Senior Account Director with a dotted line for workload management to the Email Programme Manager. The candidate needs to be able to work independently as well as collaboratively and manage upwards and downwards accordingly.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Topline knowledge of: HTML, Workbook, Photoshop (eg image resizes).
• Preferably experience with email broadcasting tools such as Adobe and Exact Target.
• Ideally a background in an account management, project coordination, or client/customer service role in an email marketing company.
• Mid-weight experience – ability to operate independently and self-manage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and dependability and focus on task completion.
• Ability to build and maintain productive and positive working relationships whilst being able to set and manage expectations.
• Process driven, hhighly organised and ability to work well under pressure.
• Self-directed with a sense of urgency in solving issues.
• Ability to analyse, question and problem solve.
• Solid computer and internet skills, with an interest in email marketing and desire to build technical knowledge.
• Preferably experience working across multiple markets.
• Good communication skills, good work ethic and team player.
• Calm, can-do attitude and ability to use initiative.
